This wonderful new painting by London-based artist Chris Rogers captures how the city's skyline is always evolving and changing. Glass towers are now in fashion, replacing the grey, brutish concrete of post war London, whilst some of the sculptural silhouettes of the 70s and 80s have had their day too. The new, daring glass-sheaved shapes reflect the sky and stretch up to seize the light. The Thames is often hidden and over-shadowed by these sheer cliffs, except near the bridges where an eventide sun sparkles on the turning, swirling eddies as they dance their way out East to the Channel. Look carefully and you may see the glint of golden flecks washed from the streets where the city prospectors have scratched their rich seams. There's plenty here to challenge and delight puzzle fans, as they sort, piece together and assemble the varied architecture, richly coloured sunset sky and the ever-moving river. Puzzle includes an A4 colour leaflet showing further puzzle image for reference, information about the image and artist's biography.
